United States Bakery is hiring an HR and Office Support Administrator. This role is based in Anchorage, AK, and offers a full-time position with competitive wages starting at $25.00 per hour. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Attend networking events, job fairs, and manage booths at community events.
Assist with posting requisitions, screening candidates, conducting phone screens, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate new employee orientations.
Develop and schedule social media posts.
Manage rural accounts, including handling orders and maintaining communication.
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and ordering supplies.
Serve as a resource for employee questions regarding policies and procedures.
Job Requirements:
Associate or college degree, or 3 years of relevant experience.
High confidentiality and discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 30 pounds.
Valid Driver’s License.
Occasional weekend availability.
