HR and Payroll Administrator Job in Witney at The Bridle Group –

The Bridle Group is one of the UK’s fastest growing leasing brokers and we are expanding very quickly. We are looking for the right person to join our Human Resources Team.

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, diligent and efficient HR and Payroll Administrator to join the Bridle Group. You will play a key part in our payroll processes ensuring we provide accurate and efficient payrolls across the Group. You will support the recruitment processes, administration of our application pipeline and supporting the HR Manager in day to day HR activities.

This role is permanent and full time but part time hours will be considered. The salary is up to £25,000 per annum. Pro rata for a part time appointment.

The responsibilities will include:
Process payrolls on a monthly basis (or as directed) for Group business.

Process starters and leavers, calculating statutory payments, RTI submissions, Pension Deductions etc.

Preparation of P45s, P60s, Starter Declarations and other relevant forms as required.

Liaise directly with colleagues within the Group to ensure accuracy of payroll data and answer phone queries, resolve problems and provide payroll support.

Follow good practice procedures and internal administrative processes.

Observe strict confidentiality at all times.

Attend training as and when required.

Monitor, track and coordinate applications and interviews.

Provide a prompt and professional response to all applications and queries.

Carry out all necessary compliance checks and maintain accurate records.

Coordinate and support Right to Work checks.

Support the onboarding process .

Being the first point of contact for employees.

Creating contracts and offer letters.

Updating any employee changes on our HRIS.

Maintaining all confidential personal files in accordance with GDPR and security policies.

Ad hoc project support.

The successful candidates experience:
HR and payroll experience is required.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages – Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Good attention to detail.

Being able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.

Good time management and knowing how to prioritise.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to get on with a diverse range of people .

An enthusiastic team player with a positive mindset.

Experience of using a payroll platform – Xero/Sage.
