Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions, including payroll management, benefits administration, and maintaining employee records. This position requires proficiency in HRIS systems and accounting software, as well as strong data entry skills. The Human Resources Administrator will support the HR department in ensuring compliance with corporate policies and procedures while fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
Manage payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payments to employees.
Oversee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries from employees.
Maintain employee records in the HRIS and ensure data accuracy through regular audits.
Perform double entry bookkeeping to support corporate accounting functions.
Assist with data entry tasks related to employee information and HR metrics.
Utilize Workday and Kronos systems for tracking employee attendance and performance.
Provide clerical support to the HR team, including preparing reports and documentation as needed.
Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Qualifications
Proven experience in human resources or related administrative roles.
Strong knowledge of payroll management and benefits administration processes.
Familiarity with HRIS systems, particularly Workday and Kronos.
Proficient in accounting software with a solid understanding of double entry bookkeeping principles.
Excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in records management.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
