My client is looking for an HR & Recruitment Advisor to join their HR team in Birmingham city centre.

Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both experienced hires and graduates

Work closely with hiring managers for effective workforce planning.

Implement strategies for attractingtop talentand ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Support with HR coordination and administration such as maintaining and updating the HRIS, running reports in excel and any documentation changes

Essential experience:

Recruitment Experience:Proven track recordin end-to-end recruitment within an internal setting

HR Generalist Knowledge:Understanding of general HR practices.

Systems Proficiency:Familiarity with HR systems and Microsoft Excel

Stakeholder Management:Strong interpersonal andcommunication skills.
