Job Description

This role is responsible for the process of payroll processing as per policy set, ensuring that the new and current HR system is aligned with the required payroll-related frames and supports employee SSB card applications and contribution processes in accordance with government regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attendance and OT checking in the HRIS project with HR policies.
  • Leave Balance checking and confirmation to use in HRIS.
  • Payroll calculation in HRIS.
  • Support SSB card applications and contribution processes.
  • Communicate with the government office to smooth processes.
  • Reporting to the respective HR officer.
  • Finding out the required features to align with government regulations.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree holder
  • 0~ 1 year of payroll working experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) skills
  • Organizational skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
