– $23-$25 with previous HR Experience

The “Coordinator – HR Operations (Temporary)” position will provide support for the core administrative functions of HR Operations (e.g., Qualifying Life Events, Biographic Update Requests, Employment Verifications, Terminations, Personnel Actinon Forms, Reporting Changes, etc.) and will be a dedicated resource to answer questions related to these core functions. The role also partners with departments throughout the organization to comply with audits conducted by government and regulatory agencies.
The unique skills needed to provide support for these core functions are:
* Demonstrated independent work initiative.
* Meticulously keeping track of details without becoming overwhelmed by them; being exacting, precise, and accurate; spotting minor imperfections or errors and taking action to correct them with a high volume of work in afast-pacedworking environment.
* Working mathematical reasoning skills.
* Demonstrating concern for customer needs and issues; patiently tolerating rudeness and anger and responding with tact andempathy; showing persistent enthusiasm during customer interactions.
* Excellent verbal, written and interpersonalcommunication skills.
* Knowledge of regulations, procedures, and best practices in the field. Proficient ability to interpret and communicate CCHMC policies and procedures.
* Proficiency in HR systems:
People Soft (transitioning to Workday), Kronos, Oracle Service Cloud, and SharePoint.
* Advanced skill in Microsoft Office programs.
