Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR Director to lead our HR department and oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Director will be responsible for developing HR strategies and policies to support the company’s overall business objectives. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates
Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs
Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations
Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts, conducting investigations, and providing guidance to managers and employees
Develop and implement performance management systems to enhance employee productivity and engagement
Oversee compensation and benefits programs, including salary benchmarking and incentive plans
Maintain HR records and documentation in compliance with legal requirements
Lead and develop HR staff to ensure the department meets its goals and objectives
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
Master’s degree preferred
3-5 years of experience in HR management, with aproven track recordof success
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and current trends
Excellentcommunicationand interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in afast-paced environmentand manage multiple priorities
