* Description*

An HR / Executive Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources department by managing employee records, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, handling benefits questions, coordinating training logistics, and supporting daily HR operations. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for handling various tasks efficiently.

Key responsibilities:

Employee record management: Maintaining employee files, updating personal information, and ensuring data accuracy within HR systems.

Recruitment support: Posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.

Onboarding: Assisting with new employee paperwork, setting up accounts, conducting orientation sessions, and providing necessary information.

Payroll/Benefits administration: Assisting with payroll processing, answering employee questions regarding benefits, processing enrollment forms, and updating benefit information.

Training coordination: Scheduling training sessions, preparing materials, and managing attendance records.

Employee communication: Drafting and distributing internal communications, responding to inquiries, and managing employee relations issues.

Compliance management: Assisting with maintaining compliance with employment laws, including recordkeeping and reporting.

Administrative tasks: Handling phone calls, maintaining calendars, preparing reports, managing office supplies related to HR, scheduling travel, coordinating catering for meetings, and note-taking.

Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Attention to detail for accurate data entry and recordkeeping.

Proficiency with HR software, including ATS, payroll, and employee databases.

Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range is $17.00 – $20.00/hr eligibility for benefits depends on job classification and employment duration. Available benefits may include:
