Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in Human Resources. You will support HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative tasks while gaining hands-on experience in HR practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process: job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
- Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
- Assist in organising training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
- Handle HR documentation such as contracts, letters, and reports.
- Provide support in payroll preparation and leave management.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labour laws.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and provide administrative support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; internship experience in HR is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organisational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
