For our client, a well-known company, we are exclusively looking for an enthusiastic HR Generalist.

Role purpose

You will support the dynamic and energetic team by ensuring a smooth operational and administrative working environment. The responsibilities of this role stretch across the following domains: HR administration and office administration.

Tasks

You are the first point of contact for employees for all HR related matters;

You provide advice and support to management on all HR related matters and report HR related data;

You will be participating in the recruitment process, e.g. scheduling and setting up interviews, administering tests and providing other support;

You will be responsible for the onboarding of new employees, ensuring employment legislation compliance and the roll-out of the overall organizational induction process;

You manage and coordinate career development trainings, ensuring compliance with training plan;

You identify staff needs and make recommendations to the leadership for employee benefits and optimization of salaries;

You are in charge of the payroll administration in coordination with the external payroll company;

You prepare HR documents such as employment certificates, contracts of employment, etc.;

You coordinate and ensure liaison with insurances companies;

Profile

You have a bachelor’s degree, preferably in HR related field;

You have minimum 5 years’ experience in HR/Admin/Office management position, preferably in the Belgian context;

You have strong communication skills in English and either French or Dutch.

You have an excellent knowledge of Belgian HR legislation;

You have a working knowledge of Word and Excel;

Experience with SD Worx system is an asset;

You are able to handle confidential and sensitive information;

You have the ability to adapt to multidisciplinary work in the environment of a multicultural team;

Good organizational skills, detail oriented.

Ability to plan and prioritize work in an efficient manner.
