** Responsibilities*
* – Lead, Providing mentorship and support to stakeholders and employees.

– Coordinate
employee benefits
and policies.
– Collaborate on global initiatives.
** Talent Acquisition*
* – Understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
– Coordinate recruitment efforts for Asia offices.
– Manage training program budgets.
** Administration*
* – Ensure office cleanliness and maintenance.
– Assist with administrative tasks for Managing Directors.
– Lead staff development projects.
– Handle claims and insurance renewals.
– Oversee office operations and CSR initiatives.
** Requirements**:
– Min 4 years of HR
leadership
experience
– Minimum Diploma / Degree in HR or relevant
– Strong Knowledge of Employment Laws and payroll.
– Strong
communication skills

– Detail-oriented and independent.
