Our client is an

of architects, building consultants, heritage specialists and
interior designers working across the UK from offices in Leeds, London, and Skipton.
They have an
exciting
new opportunity for an HR and Office Administrator to join them has arisen. The
exciting
and varied role will offer an opportunity to support the HR and Office manager and the broader team with all aspects of HR and administration.
Roles/
Responsibilities:
To apply
, you will be required to:
• Help resolve HR-related queries, escalating where appropriate.
• Assist with various HR functions, including onboarding and offboarding of staff, managing
email boxes, working with the academy team, liaising and coordinating with work
experience students, and liaising with external authorities as required.
• Assist in organising internal and external
staff training
and maintaining training records.
• Assist in keeping all employee records up to date whilst maintaining accurate software
databases, including staff, holiday, and absence records.
• Support in maintaining the companys accreditations.
• Order office consumables and PPE.
• Assist with office health and safety.
• Help with any company events as required.
• Assist and provide office administrative support to the business and other ad hoc duties as required.
Experience/
Qualifications:
• HR experience is useful but not essential.
• Experience in office administration, with excellent organisational skills.
• Be familiar with employment, data protection and legal legislation.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office programs
