Job Description
Administrative Clerk III – New Berlin, WI
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
Assist in keeping office procedures and operations run efficiently.
Work collaboratively in a team environment.
Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional computer knowledge and skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently or in a team.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail.
QUALITY CONTROL REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge of and ability to follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
Awareness of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) and its importance.
Follow all Safe Quality Food (SQF) guidelines.
NOTE: Required to report food safety problems or concerns immediately to a person with authority to initiate action as indicated on the organizational chart.
SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
Be aware of and follow up to date OSHA regulations that apply to the tasks in your job.
Be aware of your surroundings, watching for forklift traffic and trip hazards such as pallets or cords when entering the production area.
Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when entering the production area.
EDUCATION / CERTIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or Equivalent
1-2 years of administrative experience preferred.
MEMBER OF FOLLOWING TEAMS
Crisis Management
HACCP
Food Defense
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide operational support for daily business activities.
Assist in managing and track inventory.
Clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, mailing, filing, scanning, and shredding documents.
Handle shipping/BOL creation for shipments from CoMan facilities.
Work order closing/costing for CoMan facility and New Berlin site.
CoMan invoice verification and transfer to AP/Finance.
Initiate new item forms and initiate new customer setup (including trade references/requests).
NDA submissions via ONIT.
Place orders for products and parts for office, janitorial, production, maintenance, etc.
Answer phone calls and direct them as needed.
Greet vendors/guests and ensure proper procedures are followed.
Effectively communicate important information to relevant parties.
Collaborate with commercial, production, administrative, and management teams to ensure smooth operations.
Input pricing for Litchfield and New Berlin
Respond to reports of suspicious activity related to food defense.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
The pay range for this position is expected to be between:
$32,200.00 – $59,000.00
