Location: Gretna, LA
Anywhere Plumbing Repair is looking to hire an Office Assistant to join our growing team! We are a family-owned plumbing company dedicated to providing exceptional service to our community. If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute to a dynamic team, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities include:
Handling customer inquiries and scheduling appointments
Managing office supplies and maintaining inventory
Assisting with invoicing, billing, and data entry
Using QuickBooks for financial tracking and reporting
Organizing and maintaining office files and records
Other administrative tasks as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with QuickBooks
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Strong organizational and communication skills
Previous office or administrative experience a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
