JOB TITLE: Reception & Admin Support Coordinator
EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Full Time, Non-Exempt
LOCATION: Stego’s Home Office & Technical Center in San Clemente, California
HOURS & TIME ZONE: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm Pacific Time
PAY RANGE: Reasonably expected to be $24 – $26 USD per hour based on experience, education, and location.

ROLE PURPOSE:
The purpose of the Reception & Admin Support Coordinator role is to support the management of Stego’s Home Office, located in San Clemente, California, by providing reception and admin support services to both our home office and our nationwide team of personnel.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (KEY RESPONSIBILITIES):
GOAL ACHIEVEMENT:
Closely collaborate with the Office Manager to develop and implement plans for the achievement of individual goals and objectives
Ensure internal cross-collaboration and utilization of Company resources to achieve shared objectives
Meaningfully contribute to supporting and assisting the People Operations team in goal achievement, furthering Company goals and objectives
RECEPTION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet and direct visitors and employees
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packaging
Serve as backup to Customer Service on incoming phone calls
Assist with office safety and security protocols and building functionality
Maintain office facilities in an organized, neat fashion, including kitchen, office equipment, and warehouse, coordinating with 3rd party vendors, as needed
Ensure stock on office supplies, planning and coordinating replenishment (i.e., office and grocery supplies, postage, furniture, equipment, etc.)
Assist the Office Manager with other related needs of the Stego Home Office, as assigned
ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support and execute internal Admin Support projects, ongoing programs, and other initiatives
Assist the Legal team with recordkeeping
Assist the Office Manager in planning and executing Stego Home Office cultural events, including occasional after-hours events
Arrange and execute office lunch meetings and Instacart orders
Assist the Office Manager in executing and supporting Stego’s other related administrative support needs, as assigned

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, COMPETENCIES:
High School diploma or equivalent experience (required)
Administrative support experience (administrative assistant, office coordinator, receptionist) (preferred)
Competency with multifunction, multi-line, digital telephone systems, MS Teams Direct Routing (preferred)
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (MS Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) (strongly preferred)
PHYSICAL REQIREMENTS:
Ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards and remain in a stationary position to work on a computer for prolonged periods
Ability to lift and move items up to 30 lbs. (e.g., moving packages and putting away supplies)
Ability and comfortability working in an open space environment
Ability to communicate on a daily basis by phone or video conference
Physical ability to travel to attend team and company meetings and events
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Work is performed in an office environment
TRAVEL REQUIRED:
Ability to travel to and attend quarterly team and Company meetings and events, including nights and overnight stays (approximately 5-10% of the time).
