Want to change the way the world drinks? We’re on the lookout for a super-talented HR Operations Analyst to join our global HR team at SodaStream HQ in Kfar Saba. Reporting to the HRIS Integration Manager, you’ll be one of the team members dedicated to SodaStream’s product line. What will your workday look like?
Provide support and troubleshooting for HR systems, including SuccessFactors (SF), recruitment systems, contractor management systems, and others.
Manage HR data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
Validate and process headcount and position requests in collaboration with payroll and TR teams.
Provide day-to-day support for employees and project managers across local and global teams.
Collaborate with international HR teams to ensure smooth workflows and compliance with global standards.
Contribute to ongoing HR projects and initiatives with an administrative focus.
Managing the HR lifecycle of our contract and outsourced workforce, ensuring accurate data management and smooth communication with global teams and vendors.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
1-2 years of experience in HR operations, contractor management, or a related area.
High proficiency in English (spoken and written).
Ability to learn and work with various HR systems and technologies.
Previous experience in administrative or HR-related roles is an advantage.
Familiarity with HR systems and processes is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
