Position Summary:

The HR Operations is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day HR administrative processes, including payroll/compensation & benefit, employee database & lifecycle, and HR reporting. This role ensures compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations while providing accurate and timely HR support to employees and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

Payroll Administration

  • Prepare, validate, and process monthly payroll accurately and on schedule.
  • Maintain payroll records, including attendance, overtime, leave, allowances, deductions, and other payroll-related data.
  • Coordinate with Finance/Accounting to ensure payroll reconciliation and timely salary payments.
  • Address employee inquiries related to payroll and compensation.

BPJS & Insurance Administration

  • Manage employee enrollment, updates, and termination for BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
  • Administer company health insurance and other employee benefit programs, such as DPLK.
  • Coordinate with insurance team and BPJS representatives regarding claims, membership updates, and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure timely submission of contributions and required documentation.

HRIS Administration

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS).
  • Update employee information, including new hires, transfers, promotions, salary changes, and terminations.
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality within the HRIS.
  • Support HRIS enhancements, testing, and user administration as needed.

HR Reporting & Accounting Support

  • Prepare monthly HR reports, including headcount, payroll summaries, employee movements, and benefit reports.
  • Provide payroll journals, reconciliation reports, and other HR-related reports to the Accounting and Finance team.
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing required HR documentation and reports.
  • Maintain organized HR records and documentation for compliance purposes.

Compliance & HR Administration

  • Ensure HR operational processes comply with labor laws, company policies, and statutory regulations.
  • Maintain employee personnel files and HR documentation.
  • Support HR operational projects and continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with other HR administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Advance in Microsoft excel is preferred.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in HR Operations, including compensation & benefit management.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processing and calculation, BPJS administration, and employee insurance.
  • Experience using HRIS Darwinbox is preferred.
  • Good understanding of Indonesian labor regulations and statutory compliance.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with payroll reconciliation and accounting reporting
