We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized HR & Operations Administrator to support our global workforce. This role will serve as a key member of our HR team, managing essential HR operations and administrative functions across multiple international locations.
Responsibilities:
Payroll & Benefits Administration:
Process and manage multi-country payroll for employees in the US, Philippines, and international contractors through Gusto.
Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing while maintaining compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Coordinate and manage employee benefit enrollment, working with various providers and ensuring proper documentation.
Handle tax notices and maintain accurate records of all payroll-related documentation.
Partner with Sales Ops to collect commission calculations.
HR Operations & Compliance:
Manage I-9 verification process for US employees, ensuring compliance with federal requirements.
Implement and oversee time tracking systems using Jibble, ensuring accurate attendance and leave management.
Monitor and maintain HR email communications, providing timely responses to employee inquiries.
Process and maintain employee records in the HRIS system (Gusto)
Talent Management:
Support performance management processes, including coordinating review cycles and maintaining documentation.
Assist in developing and implementing career mapping and progression planning initiatives.
Collaborate with management to create and maintain job descriptions and career development frameworks.
Track and report on key HR metrics and performance indicators.
Cross-Functional Support & Special Projects:
Provide backup cover for employee onboarding processes when needed.
Assist with sourcing efforts for various open roles (mainly Sales).
Support various HR Initiatives and special projects as they arise.
Assist with documentation and process improvement initiatives.
Demonstrate flexibility in supporting urgent business needs or time-sensitive projects.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
3+ years of experience in HR operations or a similar role
Strong knowledge of payroll processing and benefit administration
Experience with HRIS and time-tracking systems
Strong business communication skills, particularly written skills via email
Ability to prioritize and focus on the most important tasks
Extremely organized and very detail-oriented
Strong work ethic and discipline
Proficient in Google WorkPlace Apps (e.g., gmail, gdrive, google docs, etc.)
Very effective in a remote work environment
Experience working at a SaaS company (preferably US-based)
Great internet connection with zero noticeable latency (50+ mbps speed)
Core working hours will align with US business hours as needed
