ABOUT THE ROLE
ProfessionLX specializes in professional services where we engage our employees to empower them to excel for our customers. We are currently seeking full-time Data Entry and Customer Service Clerk candidates to join our team in support of the military families at Minot AFB to ensure clerical and administrative support to the Transition Assistance Program (TAP). This position will provide basic data and administrative tasks, including entering all required information and data into the Minot AFB Military & Family Readiness Center’s (M&FRC) data information systems. Successful candidates will possess a minimum of 2 years’ data entry or administrative experience and have, or be able to pass, a basic background check.
What you will do:
Receive telephone calls, greet visitors, ascertain the nature of the call or visit, direct customers to the appropriate program manager in the M&FRC
Use a variety of functions of multiple office automation software to produce a wide range of documents, formats, etc.
Prepare a wide variety of recurring and nonrecurring correspondence, reports, and other documents.
Review and process incoming and outgoing correspondence, materials, publications, regulations, and directives.
Establish, update, and maintain office records of various types.
Serve as the primary Record Custodian for M&FRC
What you will bring:
2 years’ experience in data entry, administrative or clerical positions
Experience with US Air Force automated data systems such as AFFIRST and ACCESS highly desirable.
Knowledge of MS Office, Access, and Excel
Knowledge of correct grammar, spelling, etc. to accurately prepare and review written correspondence
Ability to locate, assemble and compose information for routine reports and correspondence
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Excellent customer service
Ability to quickly learn customer facing software to assist when needed
Knowledge of and/or experience with USAF terminology preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent
