This position is available in multiple locations, including Bangkok/Manila/Kuala Lumpur/Singapore/Jakarta/Ho Chi Minh/São Paulo.

Responsibility:

Recruitment

Manage the full recruitment cycle, including creating job descriptions, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and negotiating and closing offers;

Collaborate with other hiring team to understand their hiring needs and develop targeted recruitment plans;

Onboarding & Offboarding

Coordinate pre-boarding, onboarding orientation, and integration activities to ensure a seamless new hire experience

Manage offboarding procedures including exit interviews, clearance, and final settlements

Ensure smooth documentation and handover process for both joiners and leavers

HR Operations

Support HR paperwork and employee lifecycle documentation (contracts, appendices, changes, etc.)

Maintain and update employee records and database with accuracy and confidentiality

processes

Admin & Others

Support administrative tasks including purchasing, office supplies, and facility-related support

Coordinate Visa and Work Permit processes for foreign employees

Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the line manager

Qualifications:

1–3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR role

1 / 2Experience in e-commerce, social media, or home appliances is a plus

Familiar with local labor law and HR administrative procedures

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

Good skills in MS office, Google Suite.
