HR Specialist Jobs in Huntsville – Alabama – USA at Seabrook Solutions, LLC

– Support onboarding and offboarding employees

– Consult with managers to identify hiring needs in support of contract performance

– Assist withall leave of absences, (FMLA, Short Term Disability, etc.)

– Preparing and/or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating

– Responsible for recruitment efforts and hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks

– Maintaining company compliance with all human resource laws and regulations, including staying up to date on news laws and regulations.

-Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.

– Participates in HR Projects and initiatives as assigned.

Education and Experience:

– Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or a related field required

-2+ years of experience in HR roles.

– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

– Proficiency inHRIS and talent management systems.

** This position is held onsite in the corporate office
