HR-Specialist (m/w/d) Ref. Job in Ottobrunn at Harvey Nash GmbH –
About the role:
Day to Day:
You will support the team on People processes, e.g. employee relations, compensation, talent development, etc.
Administration of employee requests, documents and processes
Onboarding Operations:
Proactively communicate with internal stakeholders and new hires during pre-boarding to ensure preparation for start date (equipment, systems set up)
Collaborate with the Admin team to support new hires during on-boarding, providing a positive experience
Offboarding Operations
Organizing employee off-boarding process by notifying applicable stakeholders (Corporate HR, IT, Management)
Take care of necessary paperwork, e.g. reference letters
Projects & Culture:
Work on HR projects and initiatives
Changes of documents & processes
Act as a cultural ambassador, driving including & belonging
You should apply for this role if you have the following qualifications:
Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
Relevant working experience in a similar role
Business fluent language skills in German and English
Solid time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Solution-oriented, with the ability to ask questions and provide options to vague requests
Excellent communication skills
Thoughtfulness, flexibility and a positive attitude
Interested in growing your skills in e.g. project management and people analytics
Nice to have:
Experience with WorkDay would be a big plus
Used to work with Google Suite
Experience with Visa processes
