Responsibilities:
Supporting and facilitating the recruitment process: placing adverts, reviewing resumes and shortlisting potential candidates On-boarding of new employees Advising line managers and other employees on employment law and the employer’s own employment policies and procedures (MOHRE & Labour Law updates) Support the management with disciplinary and grievance issues Maintain employee records (attendance, personal documents, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements #J-18808-Ljbffr
