Overview:

A dynamic, supporting role focused on assisting the People Operations team. This position requires a quick-thinking professional who can handle multiple priorities simultaneously and provide proactive solutions in our fast-paced consulting environment.

Responsibilities

  1. HR Administration: Efficiently manage employee records, leave management, payroll support, and documentation, while applying critical thinking to optimise administrative processes.
  2. Recruitment Support: Coordinate operations and recruitment, including scheduling interviews and managing administrative workflows, while managing competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  3. Employee Engagement: Support internal events and culture-building, proactively identifying opportunities to improve employee experience.
  4. Compliance & Reporting: Maintain data accuracy in HRIS and assist with periodic reporting, ensuring quick turnaround times for actionable insights.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 1–3 years of experience in an HR administrative or support role.
  3. Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  4. Exceptional multitasking and time-management skills, with a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  5. Strong critical thinking and analytical capabilities to troubleshoot and solve operational challenges.
  6. Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) and HRIS systems.
  7. Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  8. Proactive, detail-oriented approach with a high level of integrity.
