The Opportunity
Are you looking to kickstart your career in Human Resources? We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented HR Trainee to join our team for a structured, hands-on 12-month program.
This program balances workplace compliance with employee engagement. Guided by senior mentors, you will hit clear quarterly milestones designed to fast-track your progression into a permanent HR Officer or Advisor.
Who We Are Looking For
- Qualifications: A recent graduate or final-year student in Human Resources, Business, Industrial Relations, Law, or a related field.
- Communication: High-level verbal and written communication skills; meticulous note-taking abilities for formal meetings.
- Organisational Skills: A natural event coordinator who loves structured schedules and managing logistics (like inventory and recognition programs).
- Discretion: Absolute integrity and the emotional intelligence needed to handle confidential employee relations issues.
- Location: Must be in Mt. Hagen, WHP, PNG
