HSE Administrator (Maternity Cover)

Location: Athlone, Co Westmeath

Hours: 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday.

Status: Full Time Fixed Term – 9 Months

We have an exciting opportunity for a HSE Administrator to join our expanding team. This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Health, Safety and Environment department and coordinating activities that actively contribute to providing a safe work environment.

In this position your key responsibilities will include:

• Generation and preparation of documents including SOPs, letters, risk assessments, eforms, memos and other correspondence as and when required for the HSE department.
• Generation of waste records & consignment paperwork, procedures, analytical results compilations.
• Working in collaboration with the supply change to order EHA supplies.
• Compile audit reports and track agreed KPI’s recordings.
• Assist in the preparation and co-ordination of HSE training sessions.

To be successful in this position you will possess:

• Previous experience within an administrative position.
• Meticulous attention to detail and methodical in review of documents.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• A genuine passion for process improvement.
• Well-developed IT skills, in particular within the Microsoft suite of products is essential.
