To provide the end-to-end Human Capital strategic administrative and advisory support to the business and thus contribute towards the attainment of People Strategic Objectives and the organizational goals.

Minimum Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS: (Formal qualifications )

  • A National Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field is required.
  • Human Resources Degree will be an advantage


  • 5 years’ work experience as Human Capital Coordinator or related role
  • Well-versed with the employee life cycle
  • Strong background in partnering with the diverse stakeholders
  • Knowledge of HR related legislation i.e., LRA, BCEA, EEA etc.
  • Good understanding of HR principles and practises
  • General administration support to the HCBP team, queries and filing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint

Duties and Responsibilities


Partner with Human Capital Business Partners in executing the following Strategic Administration:

Strategic Administration

  • Planning and coordinating Human capital projects and initiatives
  • Support with Talent Acquisition processes
  • Preparation of Memos (promotions, appointments, FTC’s, retirement requests, change of job titles, salary adjustments etc.)
  • Co-ordination of meetings or team sessions and related documentation (team cohesions, talent reviews, culture initiatives, organizational development (OD) initiatives and consolidation of data, change initiatives, learning and Development, etc.)
  • Scheduling of SBU/Departmental/DEs Check-in’s
  • Scheduling Post-Appointment Interviews and record summary of response for reporting
  • Scheduling Exit Interviews (employee offboarding) and record summary of response for reporting
  • Support Employee Relations Administration
  • Wellness Case Management Admin
  • Human Capital Advisory
  • Assist with off boarding employees
  • Advises and guides line managers on all staff relations issues
  • Contribute towards employee engagement across all levels
  • Manage adhoc requests

HCBP Reporting

  • Analysis of performance contract status
  • Divisional people Dashboards
  • Quarterly HC Audit report
  • Adhoc reporting
