BOUT THE ROLE: The Human Resource and Administration Supervisor will effectively lead and supervise the compensation and Benefits (C&B), Labor Compliances, and Administrations services efficiency to support HRA department to be an employer of choice in the ASEAN region by embracing the international standards and growing highly effective human resources through productivity, innovation, integrity, and exceptional experience to all stakeholders, especially our employees, aligns with KOFI vision, mission, and core values:

Level: Supervisor (S1)r

Report To: Head of Human Resource and Administration

Supervision: C&B, Administrations Services, Compliances..

Department: Human Resource and Administration

Location Base: Phnom Penh, support branches if necessity.

Schedule: Monday-Saturday Morning

1. Ensure Compensation and Benefits (C&B) highly effective functioning:

  • Assess and monitor market up to date to well understand the C&B competitive advantages;
  • Design and propose attractive C&B structures, policies and procedures;
  • Track and record employees C&B orderly;
  • Prepare and process monthly payroll including NSSF and salary tax accurately and timely etc.

2. Excellence administration services delivered:

  • Prepare human resource and administrations budgeting;
  • Process human resource and administrations expenses;
  • Tract human resource and administration expense including occupancy and office supply orderly;
  • Review and track preferred human resource and administration suppliers list proactively;
  • Control canteen menus and quality upgrade;
  • Control cleaning programming and cleaning standardizations as well as initiatives;
  • Control stationary inventory, working stations, and environments for more modernization and friendlier;
  • Control nurse, health, safety, and security services effectiveness;
  • Provide admiration services supporting to HRA meetings, trainings, and events efficiently;
  • Deliver administration service support all business requirement professionally ect.

3. Assure human resource labor and administrations professionally complied with relevant regulatory:

  • Monitor regulatory updates impacting to human resource and administration functions in order to proactively control the internal preparedness orderly and effectively;
  • Response effectively to the regulatory requirements with higher level of professionalism and integrity;
  • Process staff declaration in and out, employment books, work permits, enterprise and marks registrations, and self-inspections appropriately;
  • Work with relevant regulators and local authorities to strengthen legal compliance and liaisons;
  • Work with company legal services teams to ensure that human resource admirations are legal and less risk ect

4. Professional Development and Team Coaching-Mentoring:

  • Admonitor HRMIS, staff profile record, company documentations, folders, DMS, and telegram group;
  • Review and update administrative services and C&B related policy and procedure;
  • Conduct inspection and internal audit on HR administration to ensure the policies effectively implemented;
  • Reinforce 5S champions, process improvement culture, and contingency planning;
  • Review team IDP, and provide ongoing staff HRA service orientations, and coaching-mentoring;

5. Other assigned projects or tasks from supervisor and as business needed etc.

ABOUOT YOU

  • Bachelor of HRM, Public Administration, Law, Account-Finance, or Business Administration related degree;
  • 5 years experienced C&B, Labor Law Compliances, and Administration services management;
  • Excellence organizing, administrations, process improvement, budget control, problem solving, and effectively communication;
  • Excellence English-Khmer written, Ms. Office word, advance excel, PowerPoints, internet, AI, e-mail, and HRMIS;
  • Proven leadership toward KOFI mission, vision, and core values including productivity, innovation, professionalism, integrity and customer satisfaction) etc.

  • 100% satisfactory completed induction related SOPs, systems, and products knowledge;
  • 90% satisfactory HR & Admin service delivery to employees;
  • 90% delivered agree initiative projects;
  • Other

B. ANNUAL KPI

  • 15-30% improved HR & Admin productivity (effectiveness and efficiency);
  • 90% satisfactory HR & Admin service delivery to employees;
  • 90% delivered agree initiative projects;
  • 85-90% professional development competency rate;
  • 100% labor compliance;
  • Other.
