DESCRIPTION OF WORK

As a Human Resource Assistant 2 you will be responsible for tracking and logging completion of Employee Performance Reviews (EPRs), submitting changes in employee status, and providing direction and guidance to HR staff regarding Electronic Official Personnel File (eOPF) documentation. The ideal employee will be able to communicate effectively with internal and external sources including the Office of Chief Counsel, Right to Know Law Office, bureaus, offices, other Commonwealth agencies, law enforcement agencies, courts, current or former personnel and their family members, and counsel representing current or separated personnel.Organization and attention to detail are essential for tracking requests for documents for current or separated personnel and coordinating the review of records to be released. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONSMinimum Experience and Training Requirements:One year of experience as a Human Resource Assistant 1; or Two years of clerical or other comparable experience, one year of which involved performance of limited technical duties in the field of human resource work; or An equivalent combination of experience and training. Other Requirements:You must meet the .
