If you are a current Under Armour teammate, apply to this position on theInternal Career Site Here.Purpose of RoleThe Human Resources Admin Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the South APAC HR Department as well as our Under Armour teammates. This individual carrying out administrative tasks related to onboarding new employees, handling terminations, managing personnel changes, providing payroll support for Thailand, and performing other HR-related duties. Their efforts play a crucial role in maintaining the seamless and effective functioning of our HR departments.

Your Impact

Responsible for administrative tasks and preparing paperwork relating to the employee lifecycle processes (offers of employment, on-boarding, joiners, leavers, staff changes,: paternity leave, maternity leave, secondment, sick lease and other absences, change in job/status, etc.)

Timely input of new hires into all necessary systems to ensure appropriate access upon hire and accurate pay.

Manage retail and corporate teammates payroll information and communicate with payroll vendors to ensure accurate payments.

Process terminations in all necessary systems and communicate final payment information to payroll vendors.

Support Regional HR Teams with Paid Time Off (PTO) management and execute verification of employment and HR Communications

Provide administrative support as needed to HRBPs.

Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations.

Take ownership of data integrity on all touchpoints by conducting audits, addressing issues, and optimizing system/process capabilities

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with minimum 2 years of related experience OR minimum 4 years of relevant experience without degree.

Good command in both speak & writing English.

An individual accustomed to a rapid-paced environment and experience in handling 150-250 employees.

Meticulous with strong organizational and administrative skill

Proficient in using Microsoft Office including Excel.

Challenges ideas and processes in a positive manner; consistently looking for ways to improve and promote the quality of HR’s data.

Maintains a clear and accurate system of organization both individually and when working in a shared environment; completes daily and long-term tasks through effective prioritization and time management.

Responds promptly to customer needs; solicits customer feedback to improve service; meets commitments.

Identifies and elevates issues in a timely manner; bring forth suggestions for possible resolution.
