Full Job Description

The Center for Workforce Inclusion is recruiting for a Human Resources & Administration Mentor to work in the grant-administered US Forest Service ACES (55 years of age or older) at the Rocky Mountain Research Station (RMRS), Missoula Fire Sciences Laboratory in Missoula, Montana.

Role and Responsibilities: The position will provide Human Resources Organization advice and guidance, as well as administrative guidance. Duties include but are not limited to the following:

Providing Forest Service Human Relations guidance and advice.

Providing Forest Service Research & Development (R&D) Administrative guidance and support.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:Successful candidates must meet the age criteria of being 55 years of age or older; must have a minimum of 20 years of related on-the-job experience, a BA/BS degree, or a combination of the two; knowledge of Forest Service Human Resources processes, including classification and staffing process and procedures; knowledge of Forest Service R&D Administrative processes within the RMRS-Fire, Fuels, and Smoke Science (FFS).

Hours & Compensation:Part-time position working approximately 20 hours per week @ $60.00 per hour.
