GXC is seeking to hire a Human Resources Administrative Assistant. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the core duties and responsibilities of the Human Resources Administrative Assistant revolve around supporting the ongoing success and organization of the department and company. The Administrative Assistant’s job duties can vary widely. On any given day, they may perform a variety of tasks. Communication, innovation and process improvement are key to performing this role.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Schedule, coordinate and draft/file minutes for company meetings and new hire interviews when necessary.

Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, reports, and other correspondence.

Draft and edit documents for departmental and company wide use

Create and maintain electronic filing systems

Document SOPs of common processes and organize on electronic repositories.

Create Templates of commonly used correspondence documents and organize on electronic repositories.

Assist in screening resumes for potential new hires, conducting phone screening, and supporting new employees through the onboarding process.

Serve as the Personnel File coordinator for federal contracts

Responsible for updating and filing of Personnel Records for all divisions

Coordinating with each department to ensure timely and complete onboarding, submission of required personnel documents, and overall open communications of information to ensure the success of each department.

Requirements:

Must reside in EST or CST due to business hour needs

Two-year college degree or equivalent experience in similar role

Detail oriented, organized, and motivated

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills required.

Physical and Mental Functions:

Fine motor dexterity, ability to work from an electronic device at all times

Ability to learn new tasks and remember processes

Maintain focus and independence in a remote working environment
