Human Resources – Administrative Assistant (Southern Europe)
The ideal candidate will have experience in all administrative areas related to the human resources field. She/he should be comfortable onboarding new candidates and collecting necessary background information as well as assisting employees while at work.
The successful candidate will have contact with a wide variety of stakeholders, including life insurance and medical insurance companies, auditors, brokers, providers, etc.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and update employees database.
Maintain HRIS EMEA database.
Manage and control of worker presence, through the signing system.
Manage, coordinate and monitor the outsourced payroll system.
Control vacations, overtime, sick leaves and other incidents.
Provide support in a range of other HR tasks (on-boarding, hiring, Health & Safety, ESG, benefits, etc).
Perform Office management tasks, including ordering supplies and ensuring that the office is clean and tidy
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
1 – 2 years of experience in an HR Department.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
High level of English.
Strong organization and communication skills.
Flexibility with a strong capability for multitasking.
