Working hours : – 9am to 1pm

The HR and Admin Assistant is responsible for providing support in various HR and administrative tasks. This role includes assisting in recruiting, employee relations, and performance management, as well as handling day-to-day administrative duties such as managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, and maintaining files. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to contribute to a positive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources Support:

Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communication.

Maintain employee records and update HR databases (e.g., employee information, leave balances, etc.).

Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring necessary paperwork and documentation are completed.

Support employee training and development programs, including coordinating sessions and maintaining training records.

Help with performance evaluation processes and ensure that all records are updated.

Administrative Support:

Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment, ordering stock as needed.

Coordinate office activities and events, such as meetings, conferences, and team-building activities.

Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department or personnel.

Organize and maintain office files, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access to necessary documents.

Prepare and distribute internal communications, such as memos and announcements.

Assist with travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.

Other Duties:

Provide general administrative support to other departments as required.

Assist in resolving employee inquiries and concerns, escalating issues when necessary.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
