The purpose of the HR Admin Assistant role is to assist with maintaining employee records, HR processes, and programs while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. This role also focuses on Total Rewards and Organizational Development & Training functions within HR, helping to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
