HUMAN RESOURCE ADMINISTRATOR

Purposeof Position:
The HR Administrator will contribute to the success of the HR Department by performing administrative and HR functions in relation to associate relations, recruiting and onboarding, and support of all associates and company initiatives as well as administrative tasks.

Essential responsibilities

Responsible for entire process of recruiting and onboarding of new hires and internal job changes, to include oversite of orientations, and entry employees data in the systems;

Responsible for providing, maintaining, and updating reports, lists, and systems as required or requested;

Help manage and prepare different human resources documents;

Help managers recruit employees;

Recruiting and processing of new employees;

Maintain Employee files;

Monitor Online Compliance Websites

Organize trainings

Act as a go-to HR professional for day-to-day employee questions, as well as respond to employees in a timely and accurate manner ensuring complete follow-through;

Help with administrative tasks as well such as answering phones, greeting visitors, paying bills.

Skills:

HR administrators will need to be able to multitask and stay organized;

Must be trustworthy and have the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Must be Resilient and able to juggle many tasks at once.

Must be Reliable and have a great work ethic.

Requirements:

This position requires solid Human Resource experience combined with strong verbal and writtencommunication skills.

The candidate will need to possess strongproblem-solving skills, organizational skills,attention to detail, decision making skills and the ability to work well with others.

Candidate should have a High School diploma or GED and 2 to 4 years of experience in HR. Also, payroll,employee benefitsand recruiting are desired and must be proficient in Excel and Microsoft Word.
