Role Description: Position – HR admin executive

Location – Hadapsar(Pune)

Experience – 1 to 3 Years

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Administrator role based in the Pune Division. The Human Resources Administrator will support day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, preparing HR documentation, and ensuring accurate data entry in HR systems. This role will coordinate recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews, assisting with candidate communication, and supporting onboarding and induction processes. The position will also help administer employee benefits, leave tracking, and attendance, while responding to basic employee queries in a timely and professional manner. The Human Resources Administrator will assist in implementing HR policies, support compliance with labor and employment regulations, and contribute to employee engagement initiatives aligned with FarmDidi’s mission and values.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, or HR administration.
  • Good knowledge of recruitment processes, onboarding, attendance management, and employee record maintenance.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with Keka HRMS software for attendance, leave management, employee records, and HR operations.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
