Job Summary:
To coordinate, implement and improve Company's TQM system by promoting a culture of Continuous Improvement for QCC, 5S, LaKuPAW and CSS through quality awareness program and employee capability development.
Job Descriptions:
- QCC: Coordinate and drive company-wide QCC activities to strengthen problem-solving capabilities and continuous improvement;
- 5S & LaKuPAW: Plan, coordinate and sustain 5S and LaKuPAW initiatives to promote an organized, safe and efficient workplace;
- CSS: Manage the company creative suggestion scheme to encourage employee participation and the implementation of innovative improvement ideas;
- To initiate strategies and programs related to Quality Control Circle (QCC), LaKuPAW and CSS;
- To evaluate and develop individuals to maximize their performance in meeting organization needs;
- To upgrade employee's knowledge and skills in problem solving and Kaizen thinking;
- To coach the respective company trainers and shop trainers on QCC and LaKuPAW related to the employees;
- To develop the best local practices, policies and procedures, existing operational processes and system contributing to improvement in the performance standards of Human Skills;
- To become QCC Window Person and advisor between ASSB and external counterparts.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Engineering, Human Resource or anything similar with CGPA 3.30 and above;
- Minimum 2 years experience in TQM;
- Strong Project Management Skill;
- Excellent English Communication;
- Knowledge in Sig Sigma Lean Manufacturing;
- Leadership, Analytical, Critical thinking skills are required;
- Understanding of Process and Manufacturing Plant Condition
