With strong industry credentials, accredited systems, and a highly experienced workforce, the business continues to expand and is now seeking a proactive HR Generalist o join their Mulgrave-based team.
This is a pivotal, hands-on role supporting both compliance and the full employee lifecycle. You’ll take ownership of workforce compliance while playing a key role across recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, and culture initiatives. This position works closely with senior leadership, you’ll help ensure the business meets all legislative requirements while fostering a positive, high-performing workplace.

What you’ll do?
- Manage HR admin, employee records, payroll support & compliance
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, onboarding & inductions
- Maintain workforce compliance (licenses, training, insurances)
- Support employee relations, performance & HR queries
- Coordinate training, development & compliance renewals
- Assist with HR policies, ISO systems & process improvements
- Drive culture initiatives, staff engagement & workplace programs
What do you need?
- 3-5+ years’ experience in HR, Compliance or People & Culture position
- Experience in construction, maintenance or facilities management (preferred)
- Strong understanding of HR compliance & employment law
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a people-first approach
- Able to manage sensitive information with discretion
