Sitton Group, LLC is seeking a motivated and organized Administrative/Marketing Assistant to support its real estate team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, attention to detail, and great communication skills. The role is essential in ensuring smooth office management and providing exceptional service to clients.

Job Description and Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Assist in special projects as needed

· Answering phones, emails and directing inquiries

· Maintaining organized filing systems (physical and electronic)

· Managing calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings

· Preparing and distributing correspondence, reports and presentations

· Creating and managing company real estate listings

· Creating and managing company brochures

· General office tasks

· Support daily tasks of Owner

Experience and Qualifications

· Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar clerical role

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

· A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and improving workflow processes

· Sprong people skills, including ability to work effectively with other principals, assistants, and staff at all levels

· Ability to anticipate needs, be proactive, resourceful and flexible

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
