Job Summary

The Human Resources Generalist serves as the International Program Coordinator responsible for the administration of various work programs including but not limited to work and travel, H2B visa, and other resort sponsored programs.

Work program administration includes resort vetting, pre-employment work agreements and job offers, and post-employment onboarding, pay, housing, transportation, and ambassador coordination. Additionally, this generalist role supports Payroll and Workers Compensation administration with various tasks and assists with various employee programs and general HR functions. The HR Generalist serves as the primary point of contact related to their areas of expertise. They also serve as a resource for the HR team, resort employees and management on additional HR topics.

Required

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail and organization skills

Must be able to prioritize work in a busy work environment and adhere to deadlines

Previous experience with or aptitude for general payroll and or accounting processes

Prior customer service/employee relations experience

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general database applications

Must be at least 18 or older

Preferred

Previous office/administrative/supervisory/payroll/employee resource experience

Knowledge of resort operations

Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred

Typical Schedule

Days:

Monday-Friday, weekends and holidays as needed

Hours:

9am-5pm, evenings as needed – position requires on-call status

Core Responsibilities

Administer International Programs including resort vetting, pre-employment work agreements and job offers, and post-employment onboarding, pay, housing, transportation, and ambassador coordination

Support HR Generalist (Payroll Administrator) as needed – fully process payroll in their absence

Act as Workers Compensation support assisting with Report Only claims entry

Administer company sponsored community/resort opportunities for employees

Administer employee programs including employee vacation requests (RCI) and memorial donations

Support HR team with administrative functions/programs/events as needed

Complete special projects as assigned

Participate in employee feedback programs/committees

Other duties as assigned by management
