Position: Hybrid People Operations Administrator Role

In this hybrid role, the People Operations Administrator will support the People and Culture team. You will manage the onboarding process, conduct HR orientations, and facilitate employee change requests. The position involves tracking contracts and work permits while ensuring personnel files are organized and up to date for effective operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Champion the onboarding process for new hires
• Conduct HR orientations and address inquiries
• Draft documentation for employee changes
• Administer HR systems and track contract end dates
• Support HR business partners with various matters
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of relevant HR or administrative experience
• Degree or diploma in Human Resources
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and collaborative mindset
• Familiar with Google Suite and Excel
