Under the general direction of the Staff Services Manager (SSM) I in the Office of Human Resources (OHR) HR Policy, Solutions, and Special Projects Unit, the Office Technician (Typing) is expected to exercise a high degree of initiative and independent judgment to provide administrative support for the OHR including but not limited to serving as OH R’s Attendance Clerk, preparing documents, filing and maintaining the file-room, processing subpoena requests, and ordering/purchasing office supplies and equipment.

This position is not eligible for telework and will be required to report to the office five (5) days a week. The successful candidate must reside in California upon appointment.
