Key responsibilities：
• Perform daily work including monthly payroll calculations, payroll registers, final payment calculation, data input in payroll system, preparation of payroll reports, benefits administration, etc.;
• Handle mandatory social insurance administration for clients;
• Assist in the startup and payroll administration for new clients;
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Key Requirement:
• Educated to tertiary level in Business, HR or Accounting disciplines;
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience; Taiwan payroll experience is highly preferred. Candidates without such experience may also be considered if they demonstrate strong adaptability and a commitment to learning.
• Good working knowledge of the Labor Standards Act and payroll relevant regulations;
• Fluency in Mandarin is a must, with strong command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Must be meticulous, diligent, attentive to details and prepared to work overtime and under pressure;
