Job Description
As the ideal candidate, you’ll need a desire for accomplishment. You must be a strategist, working across functional units to ensure success. You will convey ideas and information through slides, and verbal and written materials. You will need to manage a variety of tasks while keeping tasks prioritized. The ability to raise issues before they turn into problems is critical. You also bring creative and strategic solutions to the table to help resolve issues and you’re someone who is an agent to evolve processes and challenge current thinking. You will report to the Director of I-9 Delivery Operations.

What you’ll be doing
Upload documents into the Experian I-9 systems
Audit I-9s for accuracy
Be an expert in I-9/E-Verify
Communicate with clients when additional information is needed to facilitate accurate I-9 and E-Verify completion
Qualifications
Can work on multiple tasks, make decisions and prioritize multiple work items
Experience with data entry
Excellent verbal and written skills
Excellent organizational skills
Skills in Outlook, Microsoft Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), and PowerPoint
Experience dealing with dated materials, and strict time limits
Prior HR or I-9 experience
High school degree or Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two years of customer service related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
