Our client is a prestigious, global non-profit organization, who provides financial resources to groups around the world to advance human rights, social justice, and democracy. They are seeking a Administrative Assistant to support the senior IT team with event management, contract management and processing, payment processing, expense processing, meeting planning / scheduling, team building activities and administrative support.
Job Title: Administrative Assistant / Unit Support Specialist – Consultant
Job Type/Duration: Contract through the end of 2025
Location: Hybrid. Onsite 2-3x per week in Midtown Manhattan. Must be local to NYC metro area to be considered.
Required Technology And Skills
3+ years professional experience as an Administrative Assistant
Experience supporting senior IT team and executives
Experience with event management
Experience with contract management and processing, and expense processing
Experience planning and scheduling meetings, team building activities, and providing administrative support
Experience interfacing with HR, Accounting, Legal, Facillities, and C-level
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Self-starter, ability to work autonomously with little supervision and no need for micromanagement
Rate: +/- $35/hr – $40/hr, w2 (Based on experience). Health/Dental/Vision benefits available.
