As an essential support for the SWO Chapter, the Chapter Administrator connects volunteer leaders with members and the National Office. This role requires expertise in event management, governance support, and CRM tools to facilitate efficient chapter operations. A candidate who is organized and proactive will thrive in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and coordinate six annual events

• Schedule and document Executive Committee meetings

• Prepare the Chapter budget with financial oversight

• Create and manage member communication strategies

• Maintain accurate records and promote ICD services

Requirements:

• Minimum five years in administrative or event coordination

• Background supporting governance in professional organizations preferred

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Strong ability to manage multiple projects
