Sirva is now seeking Immigration Services Specialist to support our clients and be part of the team in Malaysia.
This role requires flexibility to shift times and offers a hybrid working model with work from home available.
What's involved?
The Immigration Services Specialist serves as the primary liaison for corporate clients requiring immigration support, ensuring smooth and compliant processing of applications. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end Malaysia immigration process, including preparing and reviewing documentation, monitoring case progress, and addressing client inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. The specialist proactively identifies potential issues, communicates clearly with stakeholders, and provides timely updates on regulatory changes. In addition, the role contributes to process improvements, supports implementation of revised procedures, and conducts research to meet case-specific needs, all while fostering strong client relationships and maintaining high standards of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review immigration forms and support documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Proactively follow defined processes to complete tasks within prescribed timelines and protocols.
- Respond to client and other inquiries in a timely manner, develop and maintain positive client relationships.
- Ensure clear communication with all stakeholders (internal and external) throughout the whole process.
- Record, track, monitor and follow up post lodgment requests from immigration.
- Identify potential issues that may cause delays or application denials and raise promptly manager and client.
- Help to improve and define processes and support implementation of new/revised processes.
- Handle unexpected issues that may arise during the immigration (or implementation) process with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide regular updates to clients on changes to immigration rules.
- Conduct research as required to support case needs.
Who Are We Looking For?
- Education/Certification Requirements: University/college degree preferred.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrate versatility and agility in adjusting to changes in policy, client expectations, and case volumes.
- A collaborative team player with strong customer service acumen and solid analytical skills.
