Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Recruiting Scheduling Assistant to join our team. This individual will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling interviews for various store locations daily, ensuring that all interviews are seamlessly arranged using Paycom. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule interviews for store locations daily, ensuring all necessary logistics are organized and confirmed.
Use Paycom software to schedule and track interview appointments.
Communicate with candidates and managers to confirm interview details and provide necessary instructions.
Maintain and update the interview tracker.
Handle cancellations or rescheduling of interviews in a timely manner.
Provide administrative support to the recruiting team as needed.
Respond to inquiries regarding interview schedules and provide updates as necessary.
Ensure a smooth and efficient interview process for both candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain confidential candidate and hiring data in accordance with company policies.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
Experience in administrative or scheduling roles is preferred.
Proficient in using Paycom or similar HR software (training may be provided).
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
