You will be responsible for coordinating shipments, preparing shipping documents, and ensuring deliveries are completed smoothly while providing support to customers and internal teams.
What You'll Do
- Handle shipment bookings and customer enquiries.
- Prepare shipping documents and update shipment records.
- Coordinate with customers, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and overseas offices.
- Monitor shipment status and ensure timely deliveries.
- Prepare invoices and support billing activities.
- Resolve shipment issues and follow up with customers.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Perform other duties assigned by your supervisor.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, or a related field.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Able to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
