Our client, a privately owned multimillion pound turnover business, is looking to recruit an In-House Lawyer to join its highly regarded team.

The role offers hybrid working with 3 days per week office based in Hertfordshire.
A leading provider of social care, the company offers a broad range of high-quality services and has a property portfolio valued close to £1 billion. Reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel, the role will involve working on a wide range of domestic and international legal matters that arise in a multinational group with an ambitious growth strategy.
The role will primarily focus on supporting the business with a broad range of commercial law matters and company secretary related duties.
Applications are sought from qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 2 years PQE who have experience of reviewing, drafting, and amending a range of commercial contracts. Wide ranging commercial law experience, strong verbal and writtencommunication skillsand the ability to forge relationships with stakeholders at all levels is also key. Previous in-house experience is also preferred along with an appetite to manage company secretary related tasks.
